Must Have

- Direct the annual budgeting cycle and monitor performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Proven success supporting investor materials and fundraising initiatives.
- Experience in healthcare technology.
- Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-changing settings.

A client of Kforce is seeking a Manager of FP&A to join their team in Webster Groves, MO. Summary: This strategic finance professional will lead FP&A initiatives and develop financial models, forecasts, and analyses that guide key business decisions and drive long-term growth. In this role, you will be deeply integrated within the organization, partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams across Operations, Clinical, Product, and Growth to influence strategy, optimize performance, and deliver meaningful results. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and continuously improve financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes in a dynamic, high-growth environment
- Drive scenario planning and investor-oriented financial analysis to guide strategic decision-making and support capital-raising efforts
- Collaborate closely with leaders across Operations, Clinical, Growth, and Product teams to assess business performance, uncover key growth drivers, and enhance operational efficiency
- Translate complex financial results and metrics into clear, actionable insights that inform leadership decisions
- Lead financial modeling initiatives related to pricing strategy, profitability optimization, and market expansion
- Direct the annual budgeting cycle and monitor performance throughout the year to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline required; MBA or other advanced degree highly desirable
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, with the ability to both design complex models and mentor others in best practices
- Proven success supporting investor materials, fundraising initiatives, and executive or board-level presentations
- Must have experience in healthcare technology
- Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-changing settings with limited structure or resources
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
